This tag give your model the look of a J-Rock artist. In Intricate, by itself, tends to give it more leather based attire (although it's possible to get different clothes too). In HD, without anything else, tends to create more variety in that aspect. By default you get japanese ethnicity, but the tag supports other ethnicity tags too.
